"Most of the staff were very helpful for others it was just a job . There are no towels for the pool- you have to use the one from your room and because it is wet from the pool you don't have a dry towel after washing off. Breakfast was included but it was scrambled egg, toast and juice every morning. Tea or coffee was offered but because I don't drink either I asked for hot milk and was charged extra."

The hotel also denied asking for the deposit from prospective clients. There was insufficient toiletries in the room. The room was extremely noisy making difficult to get a quiet downtime."
