"Great customer service and yummy breakfast "

"The staff is excellent, room was good with a few minor issues. Plug-ins were in bad shape, did not connect well with devices. Outside wall very poor sound isolation, bit of a smell from tje bathroom, could be from floor drain, kept door closed and used air fresh spray when entered. Great location, spacious room with very nice bed, largest bathroom I had in awhile. Great coffe/pub shop on main floor, pool on 7th floor "

"Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was clean, had no issues with my room. Only thing that I dislike was breakfast. It seems they only cater to Asians. If you're planning on having breakfast suggest you to be there early I went at 6:45aam and was only able to get coffee no milk or cream. Only coffee. The rest of the days I actually made coffee in my room didn't car R for their breakfast."

"I will give this hotel a 5 star ⭐️ hotel because it’s convenient for those who want to stay in the city center and close to most places, shops, dining and walkable to most places. The rooms vary cleanly and and staffs are excellent and I definitely recommend and I will be back next year.💕💕💕💕💕"

The location is fantastic, with many food and shopping options within walking distance, and it is really easy to get transportation to get around."

"The staff were very kind and accommodating. The only thing that we had issues with were the strong scents of cigarette through the halls of each floor despite the no smoking signs. Could be other guests smoking in the rooms and it flowing through the halls but the smell was evident. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel."
