"The staff are kind and friendly. The accommodation was nice and clean. Short Walking distance from the station, shopping center, transportation and basically everything. I had a lovely stay and will definitely come back in case decided to visit Antwerp in the future. Thank you A-Stay for the hospitality. ^_^"

"Checkin experience was good. Breakfast experience was good. Unfortunately I was woken at 4 AM by the alarm on my door lock. It was incessant and didn’t stop until the battery died. Nobody was around to assist. I complained on checkout but no member off management team has reached out since."

"The location is fantastic, right in the middle of the action and it doesn’t get better than this! The rooms are too small (we had two rooms), and the layout of the bathrooms was weird, with the toilet in a super tiny room by itself, while the shower and sink are part of the bedroom. This is totally understandable though because the building is old (maybe historical?), and the incredible location and cleanliness make up for the size and layout. I would definitely stay there again."
