"We stayed for 3 days and had a lovely stay with our three children. The staff were very relaxed and friendly and the area itself is lovely. There is a market on a Tuesday and we picked up some bargains. We would definitely recommend. "

"Wirklich großartiges Preis-Leistungsvethältnis. Schön gelegen, schöner weg zum Strand. Tennisplatz, Pool und Tischtennis und noch mehr kleine Extras im Preis enthalten, einfach super. Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps. Kleine Mankos: Die Anlage ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist relativ überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden vielleicht einen halben Stern abziehen. "

"We had an amazing week at Villa Verde. The pool and the beach are great, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is very familly friendly and a 15 min walk from the nearest town with great restaurants. The food at the beach was good and not expensive, but we found it was best to go to town for dinner except if you want to trade off a bit of quality/price to stay on side and eat eqrlier (finner open at 7:30 and service is very fast). I will go again."

"Lots of problems with non working showers and air conditioning units. Very old units. Switched rooms after viewing 3 more. The air conditioner quit during the night, so it was very hot. Fixed the next day and then it quit again that night. I had to shut it off for an hour to thaw it out and restart. The view from the hotel is beautiful. They rooms need updating."

"The location is fantastic, inside a green area and close to the beach. Beautiful view of the sea from house. The residence is very clean and nice with a new swimming pool and a bar. The service and director are nice and available every time to helps"

"The location of this hotel is magical. The private beach is beautiful and idyllic, and everything at the hotel is oriented towards the extremely beautiful sea. If you want to swim and relax in peace, this is the place for you. Walls are thin so earplugs are good for sensitive sleepers. "

"The stay at the property overall was really great. We only stayed for two nights, spacious rooms with no frills. Bathroom and room very very clean but a bit dated. Close to the bus stop from Portoferraio and about a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and beach in marina di campo. "

"The pool may look lovely, but our room was dingy, the sparse furniture was outdated by decades, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the terrace was in a terrible state of disrepair, we had no phone and we haven't even started on the bathroom! You had to be very slim to even enter the bathroom. The shower had a rickety and flimsy door arrangement that opened on two sides meeting in the corner, if you could get it to open and close that is. There was no room to move in the shower and nowhere to...

"The whole staff was outstanding. At the top, Gioconda who surprised me with cutest birthday cake; Matteo and Mario who brought it to me upon my arrival at my breakfast table and Fabio who gave me all the pieces of information I needed with a big smile. "I recently stayed at this unique hotel on Elba Island, and it was an exceptional experience. The staff's kindness and attentiveness made me feel like part of their family. They went above and beyond to accommodate every need, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. The hotel also featured a gorgeous pool with excellent poolside service, adding to the overall luxurious experience. Everything about the hotel was superior, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Elba Island. I will most definitely be back for an even longer stay. PS I stayed for one week❤️👑"
