"The breakfast was wonderful and included with your stay. Pool was perfect temperature. I cannot comment on walk ability - it was so cold and windy while we were there - typical Duluth weather for February."

"The suite was really nice with a beautiful view. Downside the attached suites windows looked not only directly onto our deck, but also we could see in to their room. The doors were also very loud as they closed in the adjoined hall. There are approximately 100 rooms and 20 heated parking spaces. The rest of the parking was in the street. The parking was tight and this place would benefit from a valet service. Otherwise it was a very good property."

"Stay was ok, kinda pricey. Room had musty odor when we first arrived and room/bathroom had visible dust and dirt, especially lights and floor. Location is nice, Outback restaurant shares parking lot."

"Perfect location for birders headed to Sax Zim Bog, only about half an hour away. Definitely not fancy, and could use some updating, but it is clean and comfortable. I was there 3 nights and didn't have any issues. The Mexican place next door is really good. "

"Not a bad thing to say about this property and the people that work there. Very accommodating for my wife and daughter who had just had surgery. They listened to what was taking place and what the need is and provided perfect solutions and service. Hands down the best experience every time I have stayed here while in Duluth. "

"Clean property with better than avg eggs/sausage & waffles at continental b-fast. Rooms dated but comfortable & just needed an extra blanket which was easy to obtain. Bathroom odd (small) size but again clean & in good repair so no complaints here. "

"Love the vibe at The Oliver Inn! Have stayed there a couple of times now and will definitely be back! The only qualm we had with this last visit was that our room never really got warm enough (we visited in early February). We had the electric fireplace running the entire time, but still had to make sure to bundle up before bed. However, the main room space is pretty large and the ceilings are fairly high, so I could see how it would be hard to heat the entire room on only that small electric...
