"We had an amazing stay. The hotel is a clever combination of modern and historic. They offer a free guided tour of the Roman ruins dispovered when the hotel was build. They are well preserved and quite impressive. The staff is absolutely amazing - very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are modern and provide many amenaties within the room including earpicks, nail files, make-up tampons, slipers, mini fridge stocked with alcoholic and none alcoholic drinks. They even has shoe polish...

"Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel. In fact the staff was very hopefully and the breakfast was great, the poll too. And last the SPA was amazing with Ice cave "
