"This is an old school hotel. Reminds me of a B&B. The room was pleasant but rather small. I found the a/c not responsive. The restaurant, Ascots, was excellent. "We had a lovely 5 night stay here in March. We were in room 1. It was so clean and quiet, cozy yet there was ample room! The apartment is very cool—there’s a fun little upstairs nook (up a spiral staircase) and the most place has everything we needed. "Lana was wonderful, very kind and helpful! The room was "Spartan" (no frills), but it served it's purpose. It was clean and comfortable. I loved having a balcony which looked out over the city of Hamilton. Although I never used the pool, I would- however -suggest that it remain cleaned simply for aesthetic reasons. I spent my time of course, enjoying the beautiful beaches of Bermuda! I will definitely return!"
