"I had not been to Tropicana in years but good price in Havana Tower & like the Quarter. Room was on a high floor, corner with two views so that was great! Check in confusing - I never received a check in email. Check-out was more confusing - no instructions sent Had to call desk to find out it’s done via TV. For receipt it says call front desk, Front desk says go to where you checked in. Where I checked in was CLOSED & directs us to South Tower. So we are going to lug our bags to another tower...

"I enjoyed my one night stay in room 2321; however, there was an issue. As usual I check for bed bugs and noticed there wasn’t a mattress pad/cover. The only thing over the mattress was a flat sheet. I was appalled there wasn’t a mattress cover to protect from sweat. bodily fluids, and etc. I pulled the other flat sheet from the comforter up and tucked it under the mattress to add another layer between us and the mattress so many other people sleep on. "My meal at Old Homestead was one of the best meals I have ever had! Outstanding! Only thing I didn’t like about the Borgata was the cigarette smoke and smell. "

"The rooms were very clean and large. The bed was comfortable and the hotel offers free parking unlike many in the area. We did dine at a couple of the restaurants but would not recommend them. The hotel and casino itself was excellent. "
