"My stay at Lemon Tree was truly wonderful. I was warmly welcomed with a delightful smile, and the kids had an absolute blast. The housekeeping team, including Deepak, Sachin, Suraj, Arjun, Harsh, and Gaurav, took exceptional care of us. The café on the top level offered breathtaking views and a caring staff—Arjun, Harish, Rakhi, Divyanshu, Pakizee, Aasma—and especially Himanshu ensured that the kids were having a great time. "While we had an enjoyable holiday with the family, the hotel is lousy. The AC was not working and I have asked for a 50% refund for my room which they agreed to, although I doubt any will come back. There was water logging in the bathroom and one needs to switch on the geyser else you will not get hot water. Parking is also a nightmare. The options are limited so one has little choice but to accept sub standard service. Price is reasonable. "
