"Location was great. Room was very small and challenging with lots of luggage. Bathroom was very small and a little awkward. Staff were very helpful and it was great being close to the mercato , shops and within reasonable walking distance to many mosaic locations. "

Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days.
