"We stayed here because the little town is hopping with life. It felt very authentic and was simply a great place to happen upon. The estate itself is nice, but a little dated. It was the only place we stayed in Panama that didn’t have a/c, so keep that in mind. This isn’t meant to sound as harsh as it may, I’d definitely stay here again and go on record as recommending it. "Arriving at night during rainfall, it was difficult to find the reception. We eventually did, but the receptionist wasn’t there at the moment. Once we found her she was very kind and helpful. Food at the restaurant is wonderful. Couldn’t figure out how to operate the TV. As part of the location, it’s very naturally beautiful; however, the fog and rain made it more difficult to enjoy. We would be willing to try staying here (during dry season)."
