"The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."

The bar is well stocked and cheap and the evening meal was really great with top service and, again, pretty reasonably priced for the standard. we didn't have breakfast but if dinner was anything to go by it would have been good."

I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. "Picturesque property by the lake. Hotel needs some basic upkeep- flickering lights on stairs and hallways gave it an eerie vibe"

"The hotel is very nice. The staff are super kind and friendly. Free parking in front of the hotel is included. The room is also equipped with an AC. The sink in the bathroom is a bit old and rusty but overall we had a great time there. "
