"I stayed in Room 302 for one night November 23, 2024 even though my flight was delayed due to bad weather, so I was only able to stay the one night instead of the two I had reserved it for. The room does have a safe. The code to my room door was having issues that it would not let me in, but the sfaff were very helpful in changing out the batteries and had no more issues with getting inside my room. "We booked the hotel and paid for everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it looked deserted with all doors shut, all lights off. We tried to ring the door bell without any response. Then we tried to call the hotel without an answer. Finally, we had to find another hotel nearby. There was no communication whatsoever prior to our arrival at the hotel about its temporary closure."
