My only complaint was the smell of smoking probably from other guests smoking in the washroom. Saw a notice in the elevator some guests are probably doing that. That's so dangerous and selfish."

"We were wowed by Aeris the first time we stayed there a few years ago. Everything seemed new, spotless and comfortable.
