"Great communication from the hotel when my flight was delayed & I couldn't arrive until after midnight. Keys & entry instructions were left & it was no hassle at all to enter & find our room. Cleanliness was excellent, if I had to try & ind a minor fault then there were a couple of small stains on the carpet where it was slightly worn, but that's being really picky! "Book a luxury room with sofa bed for family. On arriving the AC doesn't working and in the room was 30°, imagine that with two small children after 5 hours travelling. Fast reaction from the reception to resolving the problem, they change our room with better, but the TV doesn't working almost on every channel.
