"We had adjoining rooms, so one of the rooms was noticeably hotter and smellier than the other. The hair dryer didn’t work. Judging from the ceiling, there had been an extensive leak at some point, which is probably why the one room smelled like mildew. It also was 8-10 degrees hotter than the adjoining room, despite having the air conditioner on full blast."

"An excellent and attractive inn in the heart of Sandwich, Massachusetts. We stayed in the building that was converted from a Catholic Church to an inn and restaurant. The food and service in the upscale restaurant were out standing. The room was well furnished and comfortable."

"Cute vintage styled Bed and Breakfast. It’s very old, so it’s understandable that not everything is going to be in the best condition. The rooms were good and clean and the bed was comfy, but an area of improvement would be the dining experience. A few days, the mugs the coffee was served in were dirty and had floating debris in there, the forks had visible rust, we had ants in the jelly on the table, and the creamer was curdled. Back entrance has a dangerous portion of a fence blocking stairs that you need to move to get to the backyard. The property was older and has evidence of leaks and mold, and after feeding my kids dinner, we found cockroach poop in the kitchen in the utensil drawer and on the counter. "Firstly we’d like to say that the photos do not do the property justice. The place is in a lovely setting surrounded by Cranberry Ponds. Peace and tranquility reigns here, and it’s the ideal bolt-hole when if you’ve been out and about all day, you can unwind with a beverage and watch the sun go down and the wildlife frolic. We were made to feel so welcome, and made to feel like we were part of the family. The Breakfasts were fabulous, and it was brilliant to sit with our hosts and put the world...
