"Charming hotel but definitely not for the English speaking traveler. Hotel staff (the night we checked in) was unable/unwilling to assist us in securing a taxi, so we ended up leaving after just one (out of our non-refundable two!) night. Overall, disappointed with our experience. "

"The meals were expensive and were the same every night. Would struggle if staying more than 3 nights due to limited choice. Outdoor pool was not heated so extremely cold for swimming Indoor pool was fabulous with adjoining sauna and steam rooms but would work out very expensive at 22 euros for 2 hours. Not something to afford every day of the stay!"

She went out of her way to make our stay more difficult than it needed to be and was constantly quoting regulations and insurance policies to justify her lack of customer service. Considering we were there for a wedding and booked almost the entire hotel, I feel she could have been much more welcoming."
