"An absolutely gorgeous waterfront property that will instantly calm and relax you. My family and I (3 total) stayed a few days here in August and it was wonderful! there were a few things to keep in mind when booking here however. If you're looking for a touristy, night life place, this is probably not the place you're looking for. "Very friendly staff. Good-sized room with comfortable beds. Well presented buffet breakfast. Nice property with beautiful trees, plants, flowers. Parking lot available. Bicycles available for rent. Within walking distance to the main shopping/dinning area of Forte dei Marmi and to the beach as well. "

"Very nice house with friendly and helpful staff. Its a up hill walk of a medium distance. A bit difficult if you have baggage. Breakfast is not included. But just a 5 minute walk to the beach and Monterroso's esplanade. Old town is about 15 minutes walk along the sea. Plenty of eateries starting from the moment you come down the hill."
