"Receptionist rude - Accused us of not paying the deposit we paid back in January and unless we paid the full amount could not stay here. Had to print off my bank statement to prove I had paid this although booked through Expedia so this should have been done through them. Spent 2 hours checking in due to these issues. The reception is not a far walk to the apartment but the receptionist could not explain how to get here and gave us an incorrect street name - After 3 phone calls, a text and...

Dopo due ore di attesa siamo entrati nell’appartamento che aveva un water e un bidet non funzionante, pulizia discutibile in tutto l’appartamento. Allego le foto per illustrare la situazione.
