"This was our third stop on a family trip, and it has by far been the best part. Started in Venice, then Verona, both of which were great cities to visit, but the accommodations there were suspect at best. Just walking into the lobby of the Rosa Grand Milan we could tell we were in a better place. Beautiful hotel, exceptional service and amenities, and great location right next to the Duomo and Galleria. Only regret is we didn't plan more time to stay longer."

Metro underground right next to the hotel. Very friendly and accelerating receptionist - early check in. Housekeeping was deliver a s well. Had a wonderful stay. "

"Excellent location! However, being on the second floor makes it very noisy since you are across from Centrale! Room was nice but sink and shower were clogged on the first night! Staff were helpful and fixed it. Temperature in the room was fixed to a very high 25.5 Celsius and you could not change it! The air circulation was not that great, even on manual setting!"

"All of the staff were were friendly. Francesca at Reception was welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet at the Il Cairoli Bar and Restaurant on the Ground floor provided a lot of choice and was excellent. We returned for dinner at the same restaurant and highly recommend the ossobuco risotto, veal cutlet and tiramisu. The hotel felt safe and was 5 minutes walk away from Sforzesco Castle and within easy walking distance of the Duomo and...
