"Great place to stay. Family run hotel with amazing staff. Beds were so comfortable slept really well. Quiet room even though we were on the ground floor with window onto local road. Breakfast always left us full up with a great selection. "

"The night manger Oni from Bangladesh was really helpful, friendly and cooperative. The arabic guy in the morning shift wasn’t cooperative at all. He need to learn how to treat guests. Overall, the stay was the amazing. Location of the hotel was just behind Pisa tower"

"The hotel is very convenient for the station and the main sights are walkable from it. If you have a room on the road side there is a fair amount of noise. It is comfortable and everything is very clean. Our shower worked well but I found it impossible to stop it spraying on to the bathroom floor. The breakfast is continental but with a fair range. Overall it's good value for money. "

"Room very clean but hot as aircpn did not work and shutter would not raise up. Service at reception and breakfast friendly and efficient. It was a little loud as you could hear all ghe rooms around you so we were glad it was only a stopover hotel for ys but perfect for our needs. "

"No one was around for check-in, but we were emailed instructions for entry. Finally met staff next morning, who's very nice. Room is very small, very basic. Looks better in the pictures. Included breakfast is also very basic. You get what you pay for I guess, as hotels in Pisa are a bit pricey since it's a very busy/popular tourist hub. Good only for an overnight stay in Pisa. Very convenient location - only 3 mins walk to Pisa Centrale train station, or PisaMover train to airport."

"This was perfect for a one night stay in Pisa! Clean room with bright big windows (top floor so no worries on privacy) and friendly reception. The cafe downstairs was a perfect quick breakfast as well."

"The overall experience was very pleasant, a lovely place to stay and surrounding area was nice with places to eat and a little supermarket 1 minute away. The only thing initially was when checking in there was only a woman that spoke Italian so was a bit confusing for me but she still gave me the key for the room etc...a little afterwards another woman was there that could speak English and the payment was sorted out. This wasn't a big deal to me but could be for others. Would definitely stay...
