"The hotel is located on an industrial estate which is easy to find and quiet. We had a third floor room which was fine. The decor is a little tired and the room lighting extremely dim. The television was great, nice size and easy to use. Kettle and cups etc was a good addition to the room. The shower was excellent, very powerful and no issue with limescale, which is often the norm. "The manager on shift when we checked was amazing and the process was smooth. We saw the same manager on shift Saturday evening, we had some drinks at the bar, watched her and the colleague she was with smoothly deal with customers checking in/out and still having a natter with us. Super team saturday 29.03.25, made our stay very pleasant 😊 "

"On arrival the gentleman on reception was friendly and very helpful. My room was clean and fine for my needs. It was a little cool on arrival but I was soon able to alter the air conditioning to suit, which ran quietly. A welcome addition was a fridge which also was quiet in operation. I would have awarded 5 stars but for the breakfast which was very basic i.e. cereal,toast,croissants and fruit but good enough for a sound start to the day. I can recommend this hotel and will stay there again."
