"This was a great hotel! Staff was always available. The breakfast service was excellent because they prepared our table out on our room balcony. I felt like royalty. The hotel is also beautiful. The room was very comfortable and clean and a nice size. I really enjoyed our stay. The parking was easy and it is in a great location to experience the heart of Vigan City. "

"The property is okay; we stayed for one night and there were three of us. No toiletries and no heated shower. Staff provided kettle for hot water that one can add in the pail to be mixed with cold water. A basic breakfast was provided. The road leading to the property was under construction so our driver had to go around to get to the property’s parking lot. It is walkable to Calle Crisologo for fit walkers. "

"The amenities of the villa was great the experience of staying in the villa was great but wifi was down so we couldnt make use of the smart tv. The pool in our villa was nice. The service though was lacking for us because they did not do anything or even show any effort that they were handling the issue. Ice was also not available so we had to buy outside. The villa was comfortable and going around the property to see the animals was a fun experience. If you were to spend the night I suggest you bring food, drinks and ice to avoid having to leave your villa."
