"Had a wonderful week-long stay in Can Picafort. The staff were really friendly, the hotel was spotless, breakfast had a huge choice and the location was perfect for all amenities. Parking is the only issue (not the fault of the hotel) but we always found somewhere nearby. A perfect place to relax, unwind and explore the island away from tacky clubs and drunken Brits! Highly recommend!"

"The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude.
