"We stayed for 4 nights over the Easter weekend, watching the motorcycle trial in Sant Joan de les Abadesses and sight seeing in the process. I had been here once before for an afternoon and was very impressed and vowed to return. We had a room with tremendous views and the facilities were pristine. The food at breakfast time was second to none, a variety of continental and cooked breakfast choices. "The apartment exceeded our expectations; we were in the “Blue Room” on the first floor which had a huge balcony stretching round two sides of the building and looking over the pool. The owner was extremely pleasant and helpful and made us feel welcome. The private car park was a bonus. A very good base from which to explore Girona, about half an hour’s drive away through very attractive countryside."

The food was delicious, and they happily accommodated our request for vegetarian meals. They offered good recommendations for hiking areas. The property caters to cyclists, which we did not realize and have nothing to do with, but it was perfect for us on a couples sightseeing vacation as well. "

"In general is a very nice property, as far as, comfort, breakfast, staff, the property by itself, and little details offered to the guests, such as daily fruit and liquor in the room. What we did not like was that the breakfast is offered from 9:00 to 11:00 am. If you need to leave early for any reason you will no have breakfast even if you paid for. The wi-fi is very weak and the A/C does not get cold enough. Overall was a nice stay. "
