"It was amazing from check in to check out. Great service great food chef and waite staff. Beautiful grounds ..staff always working to make it clean and welcoming. Free coffee... fresh ice and water lovely view watching the surfers any time if day. The road in is in need of repair. Not the hotels fault. Overall the most relaxing vacation with traveling family. "This so called "rainy season" should be more accurately renamed to "rainy night season". Daytime was always partially cloudy enough to bare the heat from the sun, i got a beautiful tan, water was exceptionally warm with nice waves to play in with no worry of undertow currents. I highly recommend experiencing this time of year to travel here and avoiding crowds, i had miles of beach in both directions to myself for long morning walks and dusk evenings. Dark nights are nice to be inside listening...

First I find it far too high and second the process to refund it was very strange. At check in they charged my credit card $1000 and then at check out they said they had to run it again for another $1000 before they could refund the original $1000. None of this made any sense to me and I was left with two $1000 receipts and only one showing a refund of $1000. I don't...
