"Agrigento was late in our traveling, meaning were were rather tired and used this stay to relax and enjoy the views from our 11th floor room. We did visit the Valley of the Temples...really good! The staff were wonderful and responded to any concerns we had promptly. The lift to the floor was rather slow but we used the time to sing a song and see if we could finish the song before the lift got the 11th floor. It helped make the ride fun. The view we had out of our window was to the south...

"A lovely lady providing accommodation in her large and ancient house in the centre of the town. Our top floor room was spacious and well equipped and our hostess was quick to give us information and advice. There's no parking provided but we were able to find a spot quite close by. "This was a terrible experience. AC was not working, it was unbearably hot in the room. The storm during the night knocked out power and water. The response from the manager was that AC was working, it was not hot and we did something to the water and electricity. The worst experience overall. We have stayed in 5 different places during this trip - all were great except for this one."

"There are no problems with the bedroom, the property owner, or the management. (Do call or text with your exact arrival hour, though.) The biggest issue you may have with this place is reaching it with your suitcase wheels intact, because you are going into the old part of Agrigento and depending on your approach angle, you may be dealing with seemingly-endless bumpy walkways, staircases, and roads which allow one car at a time.
