Everything was perfect: the hotel is very charming, the location is amazing, the rooms are clean, airy, comfy, the breakfast is varied, delicious, the staff (concierges Laura, Elizabetta) is nice, polite, and accomodating. "Easy walk from the train station to the hotel. Take the funicular down from the train station and the hotel is immediately on the right. Right in the middle of old town so it was a good location. A decent hotel for the price. The room was small, but definitely adequate for our needs. Staff was super helpful and the breakfast good. The only negative was the sheets were not soft and a bit scratchy."

The hotel room was spacious, clear and you could tell that the bathrooms had recently been renovated. The location is perfect, and walkable to all the necessary areas around. "Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "
