"When I first arrived the gentleman behind the front desk was very cold. No hello. No welcome. Took my passport, handed it to a woman and put my key on the counter. Maybe he was having a bad day. The woman was very friendly and welcoming as was the entire staff all around the hotel. I tried to take a nap before dinner as I was not feeling well and even with turning the heat on high I was shivering. Freezing cold. "A lovely modern hotel , easy walking from the metro and we walked to the Duomo etc. Reception recommended and booked us a lovely meal in a traditional Milanese restaurant. Would recommend. "

"Very beautiful property. Pretty close to the central station; close enough to walk, the luggage better have good wheels though. Did trip to Lugano/Como. Plenty of dinning options around. Metro underground right next to the hotel. Very friendly and accelerating receptionist - early check in. Housekeeping was deliver a s well. Had a wonderful stay. "

"Wonderful property with friendly morning team (reception and breakfast team especially) and also our bartender, Ludovica, who was a great mixologist and made us feel like we were VIPs. Location is great, too. One of the better European breakfasts we've ever had - lots to choose from and delicious."

"Location, location, location! We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean, and the staff was nice for the most part. It’s very walkable, and it’s a 5-min walk to the Duomo and right next to the shopping mall. We felt quite safe when we were there. Although we didn’t eat there, the rooftop restaurant had nice views, and the drinks were good. "Good property about ten minutes walk from the central station. Rooms are a little small but very clean and have everything you need. The staff are excellent. Very helpful and kind. "

"The Hotel Duomo is lovely. Just the right size and comfort level. And the location must be the best in the city! The cathedral is right outside the entrance - and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from within easy walking distance. It was also close to the Violin Museum which was the reason for our visit. The breakfast offerings were generous and delicious. We would stay again. "

"- Really old hotel with minimal maintenance. - breakfast was terrible, not worth it. For sure better options. +Air condition in the room was excellent. But again, just because of the low quality of the breakfast, i will never use this hotel again. Come on, you are in italy, this feels like a lack of interest from the hotel. "

"Solo Traveler going to Europe to watch my daughter play in the music festival in cremona. The hotel was within 15 to 17 minute walk within the Old Town area felt very safe. The reception staff is very kind and helpful and will call you a taxi if needed. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious."
