"Excellent hotel! "

"The staff and food was all great. The location is very good except when it is a weekend with the party people circling the hotel until after midnight. I do remember when I was young so having earplugs does help. I would suggest they take the bright green light off of the phone on the wall as it lights up the whole room. Thank goodness for eyeshades 😃. "

"Super Lage direkt an der Promenade. Viele Restaurants, Bars etc. in der Nähe. Frühstück mit viel Auswahl inklusive. Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten. Balkon mit Blick auf See war topp. "

"The location and the scenery are amazing"

"Amazing staff, VIEWS, & location. Room was dated -furniture and bed. The views are to die for, restaurant was beautiful romantic, good food. Easy easy to take train or boats anywhere... I would stay here again and again, and... again. "

"Voilà un hôtel tout neuf, clairement axé "business" , mais qui malgré cela est chaleureux et convivial, essentiellement grâce au personnel souriant et prévenant. Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner et proche des transports publics."

"Centrally located with pleasant helpful staff. Good breakfast. Found parking in open lot next to hotel and paid via hotel. Can walk to all things in central area."

"This hotel is in a great place overlooking the lake, we had stunning views from morning to night time. Shops, eateries and buses all within a 5 minute walk. We were there mid September but alot of places were closed in the evening so limited on dining options out of the hotel. Parking was very tight due to other inconsiderate guest parking and it was 20 minutes to Lake Como so we had the benefit of a cheaper price than Lake Como towns. No tea/coffee making facilities but eveerything else...

"Good place to spend a night "

"We arrived at prime check in time but no one at the desk, and it took 10 minutes and ringing the bell multiple times before anyone showed up. The room was very basic, and was on the first floor. It was incredibly hot, and although there was a fan, even with all windows open, it didn’t cool off. The fridge in the room was also putting out exhaust heat, adding to the misery. Being on the first floor, with windows open, we heard ALL of the street noise of which there was much - teens racing...
