"Unfortunately, this is one of the worst accommodations I have stayed in Mexico. They water was not working but they refused to either provide help with water to flush toilets or refused to cancel our reservation for us to find another hotel. Really bad experience. Unhelpful staff."

"Nice jungle setting they did not take credit cards and I have to do a special payment with PayPal which charged even more money in fees, it is not worth the cost per night over $180 us Dollars per night way over priced. Nice that they have a restaurant at the place and I will give it a 3 out of 5 stars for food"

"It is an inexpensive, clean, small hotel. No coffee in room. Food in restaurant marginal. Most workers were grumpy. Good location for visiting several important Mayan ruins. Would stay again if there were no other options. There are not many hotels in Xpujil."

"As other mentioned before: the accomodation was Not!! Where Google shows you (Maybe 800m away). Since it is right Next to the street it was noisy. There was only a bucket for the toilet to flush, and no Wall between bed and toilet. Also a lot of spiderwebs and a lizzard.. so we would Recommend to better Not Go there."
