"The Hoyel Le Nelson itself is a very nice, modern hotel and the room is very comfortable. The shower facilities are good but the bathroom door design is strange. The sliding door does not completely close, instead leaving a gap that results in magnification of any sounds emerging from the bathroom. "Very friendly receptionists who were always there to help. Accommodated early check in and rented an umbrella for unexpected shower. Facility was very clean and pleasant. Only thing was the distance from the bus station and city center, of course still walkable and good deal for the price!"

"Mon train est arrivé en retard, et évidemment, le rrestaurant en face de l'hotel était fermé. Aucune mention de la part de l'hotel, donc privé de diner ! j'avais demandé une chambre avec vue mais malgré le fait que l'hotel etait quasiment vide, je n'ai eu droit qu'aux cuisines pour toute vue ! :-("

"Inexpensive Motel in a quiet area. The walkway on 1st and 2nd floor is narrow and a service cart is permanently parked there, so you can't get through with a normal sized suitcase. Strong cooking fumes permeate the breakfast and reception area. Reception area closed after midnight. Sheets rough and rather worn. Manager not very service oriented. "This was a great location for our trip around Aix en Provence. Super friendly and helpful staff, we only communicated online and with the check in being so easy, we felt at home right away. My partner and I stayed for a weekend to travel to Marseille and local areas, we had a hire car so the parking availability was perfect.
