"The welcome and check in were very good. The room was spacious, tidy and well furnished. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Overall very comfortable and well worth the money. "Great stay. We would highly recommend. It is right in the middle of “Old Town”, but quiet at night. Great service and breakfast.The only problem was they advertised ‘free parking’. NOT TRUE. There is NO free parking. If you get there EARLY, you May get in one of the 2 parking lots. Otherwise you have to go back up and around to “New Town” to park. Then you have to hike back to hotel. "It was just right for my passing-through situation and budget. Kind of old-school throwback, simple and not romantic fancy, but did the job. Gentleman front-desk clerk was actually very helpful even though he was super busy at the time (a great change from the big city hotels in Italy). Parking is an issue I think but I used the alley ok. Town felt fairly safe at night, but did close up early and I had to hunt around for a late evening restaurant (but there is one right in the hotel)."
