"Our room was newly renovated and well laid out. Having the toilet seperate to the main bathroom is particular handy when staying with kids. The kitchen was very well stocked with pans, pots and utensils. The night manager was so lovely when we booked in, and genuinely made us feel so welcome. Some other areas did look quite tired, and I don't know if all rooms were as updated as ours. It was very close to most of the tourist attractions, we had a great stay. "

"The only 2 issues are door to the balcony doesn’t seem to be very sound proof and upon entering the room, both for the first time and each time, there was a sewerage smell coming from the bathroom. The staff were absolutely beautiful. They couldn’t have done more to make us welcome and comfortable. Everything was cleaned. Continental breakfast was simple, yet delicious! Loved the fresh pancakes!! Will be back again soon! "

"Great location if you are visiting Murrumbateman, walking distance to the pub, take away shop, supermarket and just across the road to a great cafe & bakery. There are also a lot of wineries within a short drive. Canberra is about 30 mins drive but don't know why anyone would want to visit that hole of a place. We arrived after 9pm and reception was closed but they contacted us late afternoon and sent information on how to access the lock box to get our key. A very easy process. "
