The manager completely ignored us taking calls intentionally when we were trying to resolve the situation. They downgraded us to a standard and expected us to pay full price until we called them out on this blatant deception. After we spoke to our manage magically a deluxe suite opened up and we had the room we paid for. The hot water in the shower latest...

Good range of food on offer in the dining hall, and a great breakfast included in the price. Hotel is becoming a bit dated, but they are now in the process of updating and modernising the hotel.
