"The stay was pleasant. The hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood and yet within walking distance of the town centre. Parking was free on the street if a space was available although we elected to park the car at the hotel's own car park at 3 euros overnight. The only drawback was the room proved to be too warm on the night we stayed and there was no air-conditioning."

The staff, two sisters and cleaning ladies were all charming and helpful. The sisters spoke English, again so useful for us. The hotel is central and opposite a car park which was free except not available on Mondays for the weekly market. The hotel has a car park for €8 a day. The room was spacious with original features, decorative coving, ceiling rose...

"It was raining, hence with better weather you will rate better. However, it is not acceptable to sell this as a room. Nearby a Hotel with all services costs 2 EUR more."
