"The location was beautiful quiet back street large compound. We had breakfast each Which was filling. The laundry service did not provide a dryer so our clothes took several days to dry. People were very courteous and helpful, but the surroundings were beautiful."

"This hotel seems to be run by scammers. It does not actually exist in Iganga...it is actually in the Masese area of Jinja. It is about 6 miles from Jinja and 20 miles from Iganga so I think its wrong for them to claim that the hotel is in Iganga. We had a very stressful time trying to find this hotel after arriving in Iganga. Luckily we were able to find another hotel in Iganga. Hotels.com were useless in trying to get us our refund after we had pre-paid for this hotel. They never gave me any...

"Alice and the rest of the staff were amazing . The place is full of holes in the walls and not kept very clean in rooms . Sheets not changed for 8 days . "The worst hotel i have stayed in. On arrival they could not find my booking so I had to call Hotels.com centre only to find out they don't have the app down loaded yet. So that had to be done. Then i was told they don't take any credit cards but was advertised they do. So needed to go to bank for cash. The hotel is very old & they are trying to repair.
