"Shower curtain in bathroom not long enough and did not reach shower floor which led to leakage and accumulation of water on small bathroom floor. Outside switch to spa did not work. Advised by reception later they needed to be advised if spa use was required so that it could be turned on by them . Suggest that sign be attached near outside switch to contact reception when spa has been turned off "

"This room was lovely with a huge bathroom with a separate toilet. It was a pleasant surprise. It was my first time staying above a pub and it was not too noisy. I would not recommend it if travelling with kids as there were some interesting people wandering around the hallways in the morning but great for adults. The room was very clean."

"This is an older motel in need of some upgrade. For a 1 night stay I found this to be quite adequate. Staff was friendly and room was acceptable. "

The main issueis that Depite repeated requests and promises to comply for an invoice I have yet to receive one. As a business traveller I need the invoice for records. Promises to email one to me have been unfilled. I requested an invoiceat check in, emailed a request and phoned the hotel directly. Each time given an acknowledgement it would be sent. "We stayed in a 2 bedroom loft cottage. It was lovely and spacious, comfy beds (although I would suggest bringing own pillow). The garden's were lovely and nice pools. The tv in our cottage was in a strange position, ie not in front of the lounges which was a bit frustrating to watch. The restaurant was also being renovated during our stay so no-where to eat but there was a range of courtesy buses available to pubs etc. But all up nice place to stay. "
