What I loved about the place: how quiet and safe the area was; how easy check-in was. I was worried about how to check in since there is no front desk on site. "Property was very clean, excellent bathroom, bed comfortable and had laundry facilities downstairs. The kitchenette needs some maintenance, only one cook top stove worked and there is no microwave. Overall a good stay. "

"We spent one night here whilst touring around Switzerland. It’s a lovely hotel on the side of a hill overlooking Lake Walensee. Hotel is in good order. As with virtually all hotels in Switzerland, there is no air conditioning so it is recommended to take a mini fan with you if visiting in the middle of summer. "
