It is located in a beautiful where you have a fantastic view of the city we were given handicap Rome that appears to be quite small and there was now shower curtains, so there was water all over I should have decline that room and get a regular room. "This hotel has the absolutely best location, half-way between the Acueducto and the Alcazar, on the main street for all the Segovia Old Town hotspots. It was a bit noisy at night, and the walls seemed pretty thin -- those were the only downsides though. Service was great, check-in and check-out were extremely easy, breakfast buffet was good, and I'd definitely do this same place again if we ever go back to Segovia. "Historic converted 15th century convent situated a comfortable walking distance from the centre of Segovia old town. Easy to find from the motorway and paid parking was a bonus and right outside of the main building. Lovely welcome from the reception staff and the public areas are well presented and comfortable. "I adored this place! From the moment you pull up, you know it's special. The lobby is great, rooms beautiful, views gorgeous. The downstairs bar and seating areas scattered on other floors give you ample options to relax outside of your room. It's a very easy walk to the aqueduct and fabulous restaurants like Jose Maria. "Reserved an economy room. The window only looked upon a ventilation shaft. And the room smelled a bit musty. For €10 more I switch to a room with a view and it was a whole lot better. I recommend an economy room with a view. It is worth the little bit more. "

"The breakfast was good value, and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was a bit crowded with one chair, yet we would have liked having use of a second chair. Appreciated the little fridge. Most disappointing was lack of notice that the workout gym would be closed. I checked the hotel's website before we arrived and nothing was said about the gym's closure. "

"Hotel is walkable from bus stop, centrally located and near to the famous aqueduct and other tourist sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room is spacious, air-conditioning okay. The only downside is there is no soundproofing in that we can literally hear people talking and footsteps coming up or down the stairs & passing by our room. If we were not tired that day, we would have had interrupted sleep due to the outside noise."

"We love this hotel and have been here many times. It’s simple in terms of decor. Our bed this time (rm 403) was the most comfortable we’ve had. It’s a small room, not for too tall people as an alcove. Best location, super staff, lovely bar and outdoor seating, less than a minute to the Monastery and all the best restaurants."

"I do not think I have ever had such awful and rude service in my life! Check-in ends SUPER early (8:30 pm) such a very inconvenience if you are coming from the Madrid train station very late at night. Apart from being more than 1 hour away from what it feels civilization is, rides can be costly (almost 100€). Very hard to get around this little town because it feels isolated from other places. If you are looking just to get away in the mountains in a peaceful, quiet place I would recommend it....

"Our overall experience was good, although there were some things that needed improvement, such as making us wait an hour and a quarter to get our room, which is to say at 4:15 p.m. and data protection was not respected, as I received marketing from other services on my personal cell phone. The hotel has everything it needs to be a four-star hotel, but minor modifications to the service will meet expectations."

"Nice clean hotel, helpful and pleasant staff. Very nice rooms with fridge and comfortable beds. Bathroom stocked with all the necesities. Hot water with great water pressure in the shower. Excellence location. A few minutes walk to the plaza, cathedral, alcazar, aqueduct, restaurants. Buffet breakfast has a variety of meats, cheese, breads, cereals, yogurt, pastries, fruits, juices, tea, cofffee machine, warm eggs and BACON! Well worth the $10 euros. Our stay was very pleasant. Beautiful town to rest and relax for a few days. Highly recommend staying here."
