"The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was good with a huge variety. We also had the roast lunch on Sunday, which was good value and very enjoyable. We had a platinum room which overlooked the plaza and marina. Lovely room but the traffic was quite nosy( something to be aware of, if you want to use the balcony, we didn’t in January!) the hotel is very central to the town and the bus station is a short walk away. "Unfortunately we had booked to stay prior to Christmas and hadn't anticipated there being large Christmas parties going on. The first night the disco went on until 12.30 and we were above it so unable to sleep due to the constant boom boom boom of the music. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms.
