For example room service only every second day, staff promissed on previous phone calls to separate the beds in the room, which I found out after arrival that it wasn't possible with the room they gave us. "1) They did not refund one day reduction even when requested over a month in advance. 2) the SPA was not open until 1pm!, 3) the floor of our room was being remodeled with several laundry carts containing various materials spread down the hallway. 4) Front desk and main floor was empty and with lights shut off by 9pm."

"This is not what I thought. The staff have a hard time with communication. The room was dusty with spiders. I was put in the bottom level with a parking lot view. The castle was not busy. Sauna was nice and the pool was nice. Food was really good. "
