"The hotel was good clean and tidy. Staff were great and helpful. BAD POINT though. There is kettle and cups in room but only a teabag on offer. When I asked at reception for some coffee and milk I was told there is a shop across the road that sells it. The hotel don't do it. Every hotel I have ever stayed in round the world with a kettle and cups ALWAYS supply tea, coffee, sugar etc..... To the MANAGER of the hotel.. This is a very simple fix to your hotel operations. "Lovely hotel, on site parking which was free on the Sat night/sunday we were there - may be payable @ other times. We booked a family room with one large double and two single beds. Lovely big room with lots of space. Even though the shower was a little tired I liked that the main bathroom had an attached room with an additional large sink which allowed others to wash/brush teeth while someone else was secure in the main shower room/toilet. Breakfast was varied and nice. Village was cute, pizza...

"Apartment was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. The view of Lake Como from the balcony is exquisite. Breakfast was excellent and Rita was a great host. The croissants were the best we've ever had! The walk up and down the path to the town issues but walkable."

"We were only here for one night, and had to leave early so we missed out of the breakfast. The property is very nice, very quiet, and had plenty of parking. The room was good and met our needs, but could be a little cleaner. The bathroom and "rain" style shower was incredible. What could have been better, we could see handprints on the wall from pervious guests and the shower drain did not drain fast enough to keep up with the shower. Overall, I should certainly stay here again."

"I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I particularly liked the dinner that was served. It included a three-course meal with wine. It was my first ever experience. My only regret is that I didn't have another chance to dine in their restaurant, as I spent most of my day in Milan. Would love to visit again some time in the future!"

"The hotel though slightly dated is good quality with large rooms and comfortable beds. The main issue is as the bathroom was fitted out a while ago the shower cubicle is small. But this is not unusual in Italy! We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but the breakfast was good. The grounds had plenty of space to park and to exercise our dog. Overall we would certainly stay at the San Pancrazio again."

"The hotel was conveniently located near the thermal spa and I was able to stay & enjoy until the evening. The area is so picturesque and loved strolling around the shops. The breakfast is great with baked pastries.I can hear the water pipes from adjoining rooms ,it didn't bother me since I brought earplugs. There is no aircon but you can open the windows."
