"This is a very neat hotel, but not comfortable to just hang out in the room. The bathroom was beautiful and super modern, which didn’t fit the era of the hotel, but I loved it. I would recommend putting up curtains in addition to the blinds because the hall light beamed in all night. There also is nowhere to get ice or water, so bring your own. "

"Property was well kept, quiet, and the cabin was spotless. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. Grills, propane and charcoal were in excellent shape and most usable. Hot tub was a delight. Only issue is the cabin is a distance from the town; however, I had I had no need to go there. Given that, the town was quaint and many nice eateries."

"My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. "I don't like to give bad comments but, in general, the property is nice, but in the description it mentions having a pool among the services it offers, but that pool does not exist, this was disappointing because it is one of the main reasons why I booked , also the beds have bedbugs omg I'm still itching from the more than 20 bites all over my body. 🙁"
