"We only had a couple small complaints and one large. 1. The body wash in the shower was empty 2. Someone had left what looked like a toilet paper wad stuck to the shower ceiling. 3. I had booked the two rooms though Hotels.com and when one room was extended for a late checkout they were charged $198. Way too big of a difference from the $137 we were initially charged. I will definitely be making friends aware of this. "

"The property in itself is very nice, spacious, clean.. what makes it particularly appealing is the staff, everyone, that I and my wife experienced, from the housekeeping staff, to the maintenance staff went out of their way to guide or help in minor inquiries, as for the reception staff, front desk, manager all of whom were knowledgeable, ready to help, or do anything possible within their means to make our stay as pleasant as could of been, certainly going to stay there again, thank you to the staff, made our stay enjoyable.. "
