"Feels like a sanctuary. Every staff member has been kind to me and if something needs attention, maintenance arrives quickly. Seems like staff goes out of their way to be exceptionally accommodating. The manager has gone above and beyond and is very hands-on with making sure all her guests are happy. I am extremely grateful for the kindness I have received and will recommend this property to everyone needing a safe haven to heal and rejuvenate."

Bathroom is nice and updated except for the towels that I think look very old and worn out, time to throw away and change to new towels. But overall our stay is good. "

"Another great stay with no complaints. One of the roof top hot tubs was under construction so we had a small wait to use the one after a day of skiing, however we sat and had a drink in the lounge which was great! Amazing views and great service."

"Great hotel. There’s no elevator and there’s a train passing by every few hours and rattles the whole room. But other than that it was great. "
