"Fabulous hotel with an excellent staff! Our room looked out onto the beach and was picture perfect! Comfortable bed, AC, fridge. Really excellent! Wish there were better restaurants in town. Try to reserve one of the four parking spots owned by the hotel."

"The hotel is lovely. It is right on the beach. It was very clean and the staff were charming. The rooms are quite small tho. Breakfast was delicious- croissant and bread, jams, cereals, yogurt, coffee, orange juice and tea. Just right. The town is very pretty we were lucky enough to be there during a festival so it was very busy on Saturday night. Sunday we discovered a covered food market and then a delightful street market with an array of artisan gifts."

Our room was on the 2nd level, which made me concerned about the street noise, but the area was so quiet and peaceful we slept with ease. We will be back to stay the next time we are in Rocheforte. "This was our first stay and we really enjoyed it. We were a family of 3 and had a double and pullout / sofa bed. The air conditioning was very effective and the room very quiet. The swimming pool facilities are fantastic and a real highlight of a stay. We'd have appreciated longer hours for our kid to be able to use the indoor pool (perhaps lunchtime when the pool is a lot emptier). I'd suggest relaxing the hours in off-season also. "We were greeted very warmly and check in was very efficient. There is no lift but the very helpful man at reception offered to carry out bags. I had a room with a terrace that was perfect, the terrace is huge, bed very comfortable and the bathroom looked newly renovated. The breakfast was fine but a little bit overpriced for a modest continental breakfast, pastries fantastic though. My room did not have a fridge but my friend was in a newer room and it did have one.
