"We needed to wait for a long time for someone to open the main door both at the time of arrival and during check out. The page of the hotel advertise free parking but it wasn't. The "free" parking was on the street and only during the night. When we asked for a longer parking place the hotel charged us 10€. The staff was very nice and polite despite those problems! "

"The hotel is tired looking and could do with a severe revamp. However, the beds, bed linen and towels were clean and the shower was super hot and efficient. It was very cheap and therefore you wouldn’t expect more than you get. It is about 45-50 minutes from the centre of Milan, but because it was so cheap to stay we used Uber to travel back and for which was very convenient. "

That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage.
