"I have travelled in Myanmar since 2006. I booked this hotel for two nights for its location the China town. Four hrs after my checkin at sharp midnight, 3-4 Burmese young hooligans (two men and 1-2 women) came into my floor. They were extremely loud and yelling all over on the hallway and their room. The wall between me and them was a little thicker than paper and the whole building is wooden floored. I thought bandits came feeling so scared when they came to my floor. One of them opened my door...

"+ free early check in, the staff are polite and helpful, big room with bath tub, nice view in the dining area, good internet, good pressure for the shower, cheaper to book online, - there's no hot shower in the room, the breakfast was poor, no elevator, the AC wasn't cool, had problems with the electricity in the room - it seems like they don't maintain their room facilities properly."
