"We were there for just one night. Easy parking underground the hotel but you have to go and ask the desk staff to open the gate. We had an amazing view of the countryside from our balcony so make sure you ask for that view. Host was very kind. The hotel is a little older and has basic amenities. The morning breakfast was amazing! "

"Lovely, historic building. Views from our room were bucolic and wonderful. The grounds were peaceful, pretty, and well maintained. On site restaurant fabulous! Beds, not so comfortable. Chose this hotel for all of the above and AC. The AC did not work which made sleeping in July a challenge for these Americans used to that amenity. Even though, I would recommend this hotel for the charm, staff, location, and restaurant."

"Clean hotel, there were doing some work in the floor hallway, but nothing that would make it less comfortable. A little dated, especially the rooms, though super clean and great staff. Would consider staying again. "

"Great stay. We would highly recommend. It is right in the middle of “Old Town”, but quiet at night. Great service and breakfast.The only problem was they advertised ‘free parking’. NOT TRUE. There is NO free parking. If you get there EARLY, you May get in one of the 2 parking lots. Otherwise you have to go back up and around to “New Town” to park. Then you have to hike back to hotel. "The property needs some improvement, especially on the bathroom side, and thee swimming pool even if 'fit for purpose' would need extra care; breakfast is particularly poor even if it is appreciated serving homemade cakes alongside croissants - improvements are needed in the egg preparation and related. With such improvements the property could certainly become a 3***Plus and be the better one around."
